Research Interests
My research interests are grounded in the experiences I have had both professionally and personally. For example, I have a professional background in Housing and Residence Life and found a passion for investigating the impact of residency requirements on student belonging, academic success, and financial ability to afford attending school. Coursework and personal experiences have started to develop research interests relating to faculty/staff development, growth, job satisfaction, and burnout. In general, my research interests fall under student development, student belonging, faculty/staff development, and leadership development.
